Everyone I know is either going to Landon or Stone Ridge

I was wondering the same thing

People do it on this forum all the time. Ranking all the schools based on "rigor". It's always just pure snobbery. There are an array of students at each and every school. Parents only really know about how some things are at the schools their children attend, and EVEN THEN, they can't possibly know everything about the school, just their child's particular array of experiences.

But they go on ranking the schools and disparaging other schools. Such insecurity.

Is it for academics or sports or less pressure or simply easier schools to get into.

Less pressure. Lots of club families. For better academics try Visi or Gonzaga.

Gonzaga/Catholic school troll. Gonzaga is barely above public school academics.

Yes, you are one of the anti-Catholic trolls.

Shockingly, many people have more than one child and sometimes those children are of opposite genders.

Sure but OP doesn’t say. Go back and read and you’ll see OP’s phrasing is very odd. Probably a troll. Shocking

PP you’re replying to and no, it isn’t. Not saying it’s not indicative of a weird bubble that OP is in, but for whatever reason these schools are suddenly popping up in discussion a lot among their social group and now OP is curious about them.

Not to beat a dead horse, but no it’s not clear. OP says everyone “I” know is either going to SR or Landon. Then OP says these schools weren’t on their radar but now they’re considering them. OP does not say that everyone they know is sending “their kids” to SR or Landon, they say everyone they know is going there. Thus my question, parent or student, boy or girl.

This is laughable. And it's ok to be envious so keep telling yourself this nonsense.
