I want an 1800 sq ft home

Anonymous
1700 sq feet laid out efficiently and perfectly with money invested in built-in “hidden” storage will feel bigger than 2200 sq feet laid out horribly and everything exposed/open.

I really want to re-do our small DC rowhouse and hide EVERYTHING, plus make some layout changes.

NP here. Your comment above seems fine. But was the last sentence really necessary?

Yes, people making stupid posts about stupid issues need to be told how stupid they are or else they'll never learn to stop.

Do you want my house? It's 1840 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, has an office and sitting room. Partially finished basement. Built in 1943. Except it's not in DC. Let me know!
