Assigning work to kids during Spring Break (or Winter Break) is wrong

Agree that work shouldn’t be assigned over break UNLESS it’s an AP class: those exams are mere weeks away. And if we can’t have a high bar for that, then we can’t have a high bar for anything in DCPS.

Former teacher here who always assigned spring break work. It’s not the end of the world and most students completed it.
