There are no "traffic laws" on private property. Trying to remove a license plate, hitting a police car or a police officer, those aren't violations of traffic laws anyway. |
Wow, this is also crazy. I despise this moment of lawlessness in our world and would describe my politics as tough on crime. But what we need is a return to law and order, not equal lawlessness and disorder from police. Please, let's put all the crazy, from both sides, back in the crazy box. |
Did you learn law from the back of the same cornflakes box the sovcits go by? When the property owners or their representatives say you are there against their will and call police, that's it - you're trespassing, and resisting police at that point or assaulting police quickly starts getting you into felony territory. |
Not in Fairfax! |
| It seems like these thugs learned the law from a TikTok video. "Hey, just go do your donuts in a shopping center parking lot, and the police can't do anything because it's private property and they need a MOU from the owners." We have plunged into new depths of stupidity. |
Just like ATV performance art |
Read more slowly. Those are not traffic violations. Trespass and assaulting the police are not traffic violations. |
+1 |
How dare you criticize authentic DC cultural heritage |
| Fairfax County voted for progressive prosecutors who do not believe gangs exist because it's racist or whatever. Police aren't allowed to track them as a group, only to react when they get so out of hand that citizens demand a response. |
| Saving this for next time an angry Virginian starts trashing MoCo… |
“Punks?” ok Grandma
|
They've already arrested four of them, MoCo-ite. |
What planet do you live on that you think police can only act on traffic violations? What fricken difference does it make whether they are traffic violations or not when police have legal authority to cite you and arrest you on either? |
Who cares what races they are? They're thugs, all of them. |
