Maryland just starts tryouts in May 1. I believe they will come in the next few weeks.

The 2009 NL team didn't promote anyone up from their RL team, so I'm curious as to how many they added from the outside.

Oof, that’s a morale killer. Especially since the 09 RL team has the best record among all their NL/RL teams, and the NL has one of the worst. Must have had a bunch of outside offers.

To be fair, they brought up two kids from 09 RL to NL for the spring season, so it’s not like they never promote.
