| well my kid plays for Ajax and we're looking to get him on a men's team. He's still 10 right now but he's ready to play up a few years. |
| Those are great places to start, thank you for the awesome insights on the various locations. Trying to figure out where to live, ideal schools and all that. Some people we know in the program recommend living in Burke or Fairfax Station vs. Springfield vs. Lorton. Any suggestions? What about good high schools with quality HS soccer programs? Luckily we have some time to figure it out. Appreciate you all |
lol. NVA?!? For boys?!?! |
|
Fairfax Virginia Union for boys?? No.
ECNL - Bethesda, Arlington and VDA. MLSNEXT- DC United, Bethesda, Alexandria and SYC. |
As for high schools, a lot of the public ones near Fort Belvoir are fairly similar. They all have good and bad points to them, for the most part. There are definitely two in the area I'd avoid if I was moving here. I know people whose kids go to South County, Hayfield, West Potomac, West Springfield, Edison and Robinson. Their kids are all productive members of society, have good friend groups and for the most part enjoy their school experience. |
few years? that's way to long, he needs to be playing up now |

Yeah, real post.
