Most window manufacturers use Cardinal glass.

Who did you go through to buy/install?

It was the apartment building and an independent installer.

Call them directly.

I’m dealing with off gassing from my Marvin Infinity windows installed last year (over four months ago) in my sunroom and still smell as bad as the day they were installed. (And high VOCs showing on my air quality sensor). I thought the off gassing would pass by now, but now dice. Can’t believe we spent this much (almost 15k) on a lemon, but glad it’s only one room of my house. Anyone think there’s any hope in holding out? I’m building up the courage for a difficult back and forth with the dealer who bought the windows from.

I am so sorry to hear that. Best to replace if you can get a refund. If not, is any sort of encapsulating an option? Where do you think the smell is coming from?

We bought last year and have most that look fine but some that don't- the gas seal inside appears cracked and the glass is sort of foggy. I finally found a sticker on one from 2007. How long should I expect to get out of the rest of them?

I’m guessing there must be different levels of quality with vinyl windows. We moved into a house that the previous owner replied all the old windows with vinyl double hung. Pretty much with every window the sashes have sagged maki f it difficult to close them properly and the glass seals have broken causing permanent cloudy windows.
