"Athletic" can mean a very wide range of things. I think OP is talking about women who have a major strength focus to their athleticism. So someone who power lifts or does HIIT training, which likely means a much more muscular build, especially on a shorter person.
But I just want to note that this isn't the only kind of "athletic." You could be 5'2", do barre classes daily and be a long distance runner, and you likely would not be that muscular but you'd still be very athletic and fit. Your body would just be designed for a different kind of strenuous activity -- endurance running instead of power lifting. The key factor is having a large chest. Most women with big boobs will feel more comfortable and enjoy lifting weights more than distance running. Running can be hell with a large chest, even if you invest in very supportive sports bras. Lifting weights and doing body weight exercises (planks, push ups, pull ups, etc.) can actually help someone with a big chest by strengthening back and core muscles that can improve posture and make the weight from your boobs more comfortable to carry. I'm not answering the weight question because I think it's dumb -- bodies have different densities and this can change what the healthy weight is for women of similar heights and builds. And boobs really impact weight and women carry even the same size boobs differently so it's just silly to compare weights even when trying to narrow by body type. |
