To lose 2lbs is a 3500 calorie weekly deficit. No matter what, you will be hungry and tired for your body to utilize all that stored fat.
Meant 7000 calorie deficit. Basically means for some of us, it’s like eating normally 6 months out the year and fast for the other 6. Yikes.
