Best way I've found to get fully cooked moist breasts is he air fryer. I don't know how/ why, but it's amazing.
If you have time to marinade, soak in buttermilk overnight. I have had so many people say it's the best chicken theyve ever tasted. |
| Pound thin, salt, pepper, dredging pinko and pan fry with a little oil. Make a Katsu sauce (ketchup and hoisin sauce). Serve with salad and kewpie sesame dressing and miso soup. So comforting. |

I like putting on salt and pepper, dipping in egg and putting on breadcrumbs.
