LAMB is starting to back fill a little with older siblings of younger students who get space through the lottery (this is the first year doing it this way) so they may start to have fuller classes in 5th grade for this reason.

Wait, so all these years they've insisted that adding any new kids would be just so awful and completely not doable-- that wasn't true? Color me gobsmacked.

They added new kids to older grades this past year, but just said that they were not going to be doing the same this coming year (i.e., this year they are accepting kids in PK3-K only). So maybe they decided it wasn't worth it.

No it’s because they had alot if attention. Upper grades was a mess and kids aren’t getting adequate or appropriate Spanish instruction if at all.
