Has your child had trouble with other standardized tests? I only ask, because if that is so, it's possible the teacher recommendations may have addressed it - something like standardized tests don't really reflect this student's promise? I would think strong teacher recommendations and day-to-day grades would be more important when they consider a student. Good luck to your child, OP.
