Finally watched Cocaine Cowboys and SV's Griselda def tries to give (at least at the beg) more of a redemptive flavor to her. Maybe redemptive isn't the right word. Sympathetic,
She was a #$$ crazy, violent psychopath, lacking in any sort of empathy. Wow. |
| she looks like countess luann in the trailer |
I bet you would lose a LOT of money. |
Just to clarify, we are talking about the original one from 2006, right? Not the one with the two powerboaters right? |
Agree. Found it very distracting. |
|
I found the makeup distracting as well because obviously, you know that SV eyebrows are covered up.
But by episode 3 or 4 I found her very unsympathetic. I haven't seen the documentary but I thought she was a psychopath while watching the Netflix show. |
Yes, the one from 2006. |
+1. It was really good. |
She was. Apparently one of the sons was offended SV made her "look ugly" though I REALLY don't see it. SV seems to think she was made totally hideous with the makeup and prosthetics, but I still thought she looked pretty good in the show. Anyway, this is young and middle aged Griselda. She clearly got that piggish nose job they love in LA, but either way she was not always ugly. |
Correct. |
Although the "Kings of Miami" one was pretty fascinating too. |
She should. She was really terrific in it. |
Stop believing everything you read, neither of those pictures of that disgusting hag. https://fr.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virginia_Vallejo |

That's because the entertainment industry sees LatinX actors and the characters they play as fungible and one-dimensional. |
