My point is that they are already in the office so like either suggest we move the meeting to a time when we can do it live, or just tell me hey I am leaving see you on zoom. I think everyone can agree an in person meeting is still much more effective than a zoom. |

I'm a big fan of hybrid, but we get so much more accomplished with in person meetings. |

I don't do this (and it wouldn't really be possible with the set up of our office), but I can see the advantageous.
Even working from home, we have a teams chat for our team where people will often say good morning - the second I do, my one co worker will call me on Teams, before I have the chance to check my emails, or get settled in. She does the same thing in the office (we have flexible hours, so she starts at 7 and has already been online or in the office for 1.5 hours at this point). |
