Eat what was served. Never had picky kids because it was eat or go hungry. |

I always made what I wanted but would have something on the table in case the kids really didn't like it.
So, if I made something that I was worried was a bit spicy, I would have salad with carrots and tomatoes and a side of fruit and whole grain bread. Or if I was making a meat in a sauce they might not like, I would do rice and steamed broccoli on the side and just let them eat what they want. No one would go hungry and adults get to eat real food. |
