Kathryn Hanson’s book “Brain over Binge” really helped me. She also has a website with free podcasts. Essentially it’s practicing mindfulness when you have a binge and it gets easier and easier. Making sure you’re eating enough is really important. Sorry you’re going through this. I know it’s awful but just keep trying. Something will click. |
Same. Decided that I was going to let myself eat "whatever I wanted" going forwards and then the desire to binge went away after just a few days. |

How about dealing with your issues that cause “food noise” and not repeatedly injecting your body with a chemical substance designed to alter hormones? |
