Former binge eaters

Kathryn Hanson’s book “Brain over Binge” really helped me. She also has a website with free podcasts. Essentially it’s practicing mindfulness when you have a binge and it gets easier and easier. Making sure you’re eating enough is really important. Sorry you’re going through this. I know it’s awful but just keep trying. Something will click.

Same. I found restricting was probably my biggest downfall in the years I was trying to lose weight.

Same. Decided that I was going to let myself eat "whatever I wanted" going forwards and then the desire to binge went away after just a few days.

What about taking a semaglutide like Ozempic or Wegovy? It really cuts down on the “food noise.” Would that help?

How about dealing with your issues that cause “food noise” and not repeatedly injecting your body with a chemical substance designed to alter hormones?

It's the hormones causing the food noise.
