I love Steve Martin and Martin Short, but they start to become a little too self-indulgent when its just the 2 of them.

+1 corticosteriods cause the face roundness, as a side effect. She already had a round face so the meds made it rounder.

Round faces age better. There's that. I had one and used to hate my 'chipmunk cheeks', but by early 30s-mid 30s my face naturally thinned out with age and revealed gorgeous upper cheekbones. I have never needed filler in my face and I'm 54 now. I also have mediterranean skin like her--so she should age very well. Look at Marisa Tomei at 60!
