I know this is probably not helpful, but my child is enrolled at one of these two places right now and it’s absolutely awful. I’m not sure how many parents complain so I don’t want to give details or which center, in case I would be outing myself. My best advice is to ask about the specific qualifications of the person who would be providing therapy to your child, and then ask about what would happen if that person quit - or even if it just wasn’t a fit with your child.
Do they have additional staff who could step in? What are the qualifications of the staff member who would step in?
Along those lines I would also ask specifically about staff turnover numbers over the past year.
