My 15 yo DD would love a gift card to Sephora. $25 can get you a tower 18 lip jelly and some sheet masks…priorities!!

It would have felt so weird to be as a teen to get a gift of make up or skin care store gift card from a boy. Did he notice my zit?

I vote for something more neutral like Target. She can still use it on makeup or skin care if she wants.

It’s fortunate this gift isn’t for you then, isn’t it.

I prefer giving real gifts to gift cards, but I also remember being a teen with limited funds and really loving getting them. Go with the gift card.

Starbucks gift card and cute tumbler (not a Stanley; those are like $50

Just had a White Elephant and the Starbucks gift card was the most sought after gift.

Go with gift cards. This age loves them.

Something like this is perfect, especially if she "loves quesadillas" or something like that.

Someone else mentioned her favorite candy. that's also a great idea. and if its something common, like gummi bears or something, pair it with an oversized stuffed gummi bear.

dont do a gift card. they are so lame

Agree. No Lulus, Starbucks, Ulta…that screams my mom got this for you

Yup, there's gotta be something unique that she's into that's kind of silly. Even if its something like SpongeBob pajama pants.

Must be nice to have so much money that you think a GC is clutter.

This is super cute and not weird coming from a boy, unlike some of these other suggestions (Sephora, Ulta etc) also like Target + candy.

And that's part of the reason why retailers love them.

Most of them have outstanding balances that expire.

Or, you come in with a 25 dollar GC but end up spending 30 dollars.
