+1 the mishandling of the corpse began when she was denied a D&C. |
Ridiculous…all the quotes are from men, including one who said she “put” the fetus in the toilet. |
Because she was in shock and there is no place to “drop of” dead babies. |
+1 WTF? |
“She went on with her day” |
She is not charged with felony for having a stillbirth. The subject of this thread is pure propaganda. She charged with abusing a dead body. Does not matter where the body came from (she hit is with the car, she killed the person, or she came across the dead body on the hike). |
Of course the context matters. Her state of mind and circumstances are very relevant. |
State of mind is relevant to most of the crimes. It does not mean that she did not commit the crime. |
It does actually matter, context, always matters when talking about committing a crime. If somebody holds a gun into your head and makes you stab somebody, you’re not as culpable, as if you plan and execute a murder. The state that she lives in for her to carry dead baby in her body, which would cause psychos, they denied her healthcare and forced her to give birth in a toilet. So yeah, it matters |
Yes, it does. It literally could mean she did not commit a crime. |
It’s not clear if a non-viable baby is legally a “corpse”. Either way, they never should have charged her given the context. |
I am a woman who delivered two babies at 20 weeks and I can promise you, that woman did not sit on the toilet and just pop that dead baby out into the toilet and surprisingly hear a splash. Delivering a baby at that term, dead or alive, is every bit as painful as a full-term delivery--I know this, as I have done both, multiple times. You don't just go, oh, I have to pee, and then, hey what was that splash, oh, a baby! Then flush. This wasn't shock. This was foul play. She tried to flush a dead baby down the toilet. And everyone here knows why but won't say. She was very likely covering up a dead baby who had drugs in its system. |
It is. They issue death certificates for non-term babies. I know, because mine were issued death certificates (which I did think was odd, considering they weren't issued birth certificates). |
WTF? You think people from Ohio are all drug abusers? |
Where does it say she was denied a D&C? There is no information whatsoever about her decisions and these supposed trips to the hospital. We have no idea what happened on those visits. |
