I know he’s tired from work, but I feel like I need this for my physical and mental health. There’s so much stuff at the gym that I can’t do at home.
At those ages I would just take long walks with the kid in the stroller. Very long walks, like 4-5 miles, a few times a week, was enough to keep me fit.
Now that they are in elementary there is way more time and I am back at a gym and going to classes.
