Have you ever tried weight watchers? I don't know why, but I've tried so many other things and this is the only system that works for me. Eat all your points, including your weeklies, so you don't lower your metabolism by going too low in cals. I measure but don't weigh every ounce/gram.

Give it a month and see if it works for you.
