I bet it is a medical-related job. Some smaller practices are going back to paper charting for two reasons: 1) the software costs have risen and are pretty outrageous for small practices and 2) data breaches where facilities have their data held for ransom. |
And neither is using a personal phone/iPad to take photos/scans of documents. Huge privacy violation. |
Op here. All I need is BLANK forms. I agree about the med log form but that one is mainly filled out by the day person unless meds get messed up. I can easily convert them to PDF form, bring my laptop, and use the printer at work. We document behaviors, incidents at work that sort of thing. Some clients admin their meds so I am thinking they may pair me with that client because less documentation would be needed. |
