While students start the year with an “F,” every student starts off that way, which is equitable.
So gone are the days of welcoming students to a new school year with motivational cheers of “all of you are exceptional and can and will do great things!” Instead, it’s welcome and you all stink at least until January at which point some of you may start to show improvement.”
