OP was the one who said they “ate their feelings.” They weren’t hungry or out for a meal with a friend. They ate because they were feeling crappy about something. Rather than dealing with their feelings, they chose to numb them by ordering fast food. I personally have no issue with eating a chicken sandwich. If it’s used to avoid sitting with uncomfortable feelings, that’s a problem. Substitute alcohol, gambling, shopping, drugs for the fast food, and you’re still doing the same thing: not dealing with what’s really going on. |
I guess that was a poor choice of words. Perhaps, diverted from normal? Whatever - this forum is full of people with all sorts of problems. The type of people that actually think a single day of caloric intake actually translates directly to weight gain. They don't understand math, body composition, consistency, or physics. Just don't eat this stuff everyday and you will be fine. Or, crank out 3 hour bike sessions a day, and eat this stuff to keep weight on. |
I was hoping you were going to say you had the hot honey pimento sandwich because I have been dying to try it. |
Dang PP is a much better ally than you ![]() |
My son is gay and works with several other gay people at CFA. Now we need to hear from the gay chickens. Gay cows wont count |
Clearly you didn’t consult with the PP who is TAKING A STAND and not eating CFA. For shame! |
Ha! I like your perspective! |
Oh, can it. |
