JFC, she's not "out of control" because she ate a sandwich. The little exercise you proposed is equivalent to "beating yourself up" over eating a sandwich.

OP was the one who said they “ate their feelings.”
They weren’t hungry or out for a meal with a friend. They ate because they were feeling crappy about something. Rather than dealing with their feelings, they chose to numb them by ordering fast food. I personally have no issue with eating a chicken sandwich. If it’s used to avoid sitting with uncomfortable feelings, that’s a problem. Substitute alcohol, gambling, shopping, drugs for the fast food, and you’re still doing the same thing: not dealing with what’s really going on.

Agreed. These posters here are so over the top.

The issue would be eating this garbage all the time. That isn't happening, otherwise the OP would not have made this post to begin with.

Everybody breaks down. You need to do that to stay on track. Mostly to appreciate how much better the right path actually is.

Eating a sandwich with a side of fries is a “breakdown”? Are you nuts?

I guess that was a poor choice of words. Perhaps, diverted from normal?

Whatever - this forum is full of people with all sorts of problems. The type of people that actually think a single day of caloric intake actually translates directly to weight gain. They don't understand math, body composition, consistency, or physics.

Just don't eat this stuff everyday and you will be fine. Or, crank out 3 hour bike sessions a day, and eat this stuff to keep weight on.

I was hoping you were going to say you had the hot honey pimento sandwich because I have been dying to try it.

Clearly you didn’t consult with the PP who is TAKING A STAND and not eating CFA. For shame!

It always makes me poop huge later. It’s a better gut cleaner than my little tiny egg breakfast and little lunch salads, and light protein and veggie dinners.

Ha! I like your perspective!
