It’s better if you have a flight that leaves at 10 pm, more likely you sleep a little and less if the day to get through.
Agreed, being on the later night flight makes a huge difference, if possible. I have done one 6 PM departure and now two at 10 PM, and it was so much better with the 10 PM departure for the reasons stated.
