| My kids are 5 and 3. I mainly workout on weekends so I get a solid 2x week and during the week I try to walk on my lunch breaks. It’s rough but I know one day I’ll get back into a better routine |
| I workout 5-6 times a week at naptime. I alternate between peloton and pilates (I have a reformer). It is a priority for me, so I make sure I do it and don't get sidetracked. |

Never. and I only have one kid.
I count picking up and carrying my toddler as my workout. |
| Mom of 1. Up at 7AM to get 20-30 minutes in. Usually 20 mins elliptical and 10 min weights. |
|
I have a 2 year old and am in my second trimester with #2 and work out of the house.
We put our first down much later than most people (8:30pm) which works for us for many reasons, one of them being wake up time is usually 7:45-8:30am. I get up early 3-4x/wk and hit an early AM workout class at the gym before work and morning mom duty, and then grab another weekend workout class either during nap time or when my husband takes her to the playground. He takes weekend workouts during nap usually. |
| DH gets up early and exercises before everyone is up. DW chooses to exercise after DC are all in bed. It helps a bit that beds are upstairs and exercise machines are in the basement. Do whatever works for you. |
|
I work from home and fit it in during the work day. I will just take my laptop with my to my 'gym' upstairs and monitor it/take a break if an email comes in.
I have a peloton bike and guide and a pretty robust set of weights. Some yoga blocks/mat/rope/resistance bands and a balance ball. Picked up on and off over the last three years. |
| I take pilates classes very close to my house 3x per week, and bike commute on the one day/ week I work from the office. I don't have the discipline to workout on my own. I have one class after baby goes to bed, one after daycare drop off (and shift my work schedule by 30 minutes) and one that steals 30 minutes from work right before daycare pickup. Thank God for a flexible work day, though I was still fitter pre-covid (and kiddo!) When I bike commuted 5 days/ week |
