For a 9th grader, the report won't exist yet. For a 10th grader or higher, it should be posted on Parentvue.

My daughter’s high school mailed a letter over the summer stating a copy of her transcript was enclosed. It wasn’t- it was a copy of her SGGCR which is already in Synergy. I would’ve loved a copy of the transcript.

What is included in a transcript that isn't included in an SGGCR?

The only difference I have detected is that SGGCR is organized by subject matter and transcript is organized by grade

SGGCR includes state assessments, SSL hours and credits towards completion. The transcripts indicate whether courses taken were honors or advanced vs just weighted. GPA and wGPA appear differently on my child’s documents.

Only transcripts can be used for college applications and scholarships.

What do you mean they appear differently? The numbers are different?

My 12th grade applying to college has a different GPA on her SGGRA (higher) than on her transcript. It is a problem that we are having a hard time getting fixed...

Are they covering the same time span?

Same here. Weighted was higher, unweighted was lower. For the same timeframe.

In course history, yes, but they don't generate the SGGCR document until high school.

Who knows…I’d need to dig out a calculator. My Senior is working on the common app so it’d be nice to input the correct info!
