Hey, I think I can beat sh*t out of this wimpy kid.

That's his alter ego, Clark Kent. I'm sure many people thought they could beat up that nerdy guy too, LOL.

maybe because he is a terrible actor?

He was fired from The Witcher because he's a big superhero and game nerd and wanted to be in control of the character, rather than just do what he was told. For superman, he was a victim of DC's unsuccess.

That's one way to put it, but things were more nuanced than that. Apparently he is a huge and serious fan of the Witcher books and is extremely familiar with them and the character as portrayed in the books. The series' creative directors and writers were departing from the books and the books' character pretty quickly in the series. I'm not aware of his outright fighting not to "do what he was told" but he was known to tell the makers of the series that there were a lot of departures from the books' character and canon. Basically, more than a "superhero and game nerd" he was a book nerd about these novels and the writing for the series didn't track with the novels and wasn't going to, so neither side was happy. (Full disclosure: Not a Witcher or Cavill fan myself, but my adult DC is, and showed me some of the coverage of the dispute. A lot of the book fans apparently think Cavill was right.)

He is still a terrible actor, I won't watch anything he is in.

Maybe, but this particular promo photo is just awful--my first impression was that it was a head Photoshopped onto a different body! Just an awkward, odd pose and lighting. This isn't about the actor, just about how laughable this photo is. I can't even gauge whether the face is handsome or the body attractive, they look so weird in this specific image! WTF, Netflix promo department? (Sorry, PP, the image isn't your fault and I will cease my rant now.)

Shrug. Yay, you, then. A real contribution to the discussion. Why bother to post at all?

If you had better reading comprehension you'd have seen this was in response to why he got booted off the Superman gig. But you just carry on being a moron, that's fine.

At 6 foot four even big biceps don’t look big, unless you have someone standing next to him for comparison.

Allow me to introduce you to Jason Momoa (6'4"), Dave Bautista (6'4"), Joe Maganiello (6'5"), Dolf Lundgren (6'5"), and of course The Rock (Dwayne Johnson at 6'5"). Would you like pictures?
