-Florida panhandle (Rosemary Beach, Destin, Hwy 30A towns)
-Gulf Shores, AL
-St. Augustine, FL
-Clearwater Beach, FL
-West Palm beach and nearby coastal areas
-Hilton Head Island
-Christiansted and Frederickstad , STX
-St. Simons Island (Jekyll is also nice but far less diverse)

If you’re open to traveling outside of the US, there are many additional options.

Coney Island, in New York City. <Depends on your definition of cute, but it is actually safe; the people who hyperventilate about the occasional problem in New York have a lack of sense of proportion.

Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Long Branch, New Jersey.

Sag Harbor, New York.

Daytona Beach, Florida.
