My initial thought was that I'd do it, especially since your vacation is 10 days and that's a long time to ask someone to wait. Also, if it's a panel interview, it can be difficult to get everyone together at the same time.
BUT, being asked to do work in preparation for the interview would be a deal breaker. I don't work for free, especially on vacation.

This is a huge red flag. No. You have no say at all in when the interview is?? Either they have a bad culture or they are not that interested. Can you imagine what they will be like once you are there?

If they had said "would really like it to be that week, which days are best?" Or "would Wedn/Thurs be ok" etc, that would be a lot more reasonable.

This. They are either trying to fill a slate or looking for intel, either way a huge waste of your time.

I take it back. You’re in the second round, they are may be trying to move quickly before the end of their fiscal year.

This was my reaction as well. I'm in a tech field, so it's common for interviews to also have some sort of a code review. But I would not be willing to bust my ass for free for an interview that also infringes on my vacation unless I really REALLY wanted it. REAAAAALLY.
