I walk 3-4 miles a day, 6 days a week. Winter, summer, rain or shine (if raining really bad, walk a parking garage with friends at 6:30am - we decided we're too young for mall walking), we walk. Get friends to go with you so that you feel accountable. Plus your chatting, so the time flies |

Jesus the amount of misinformation, fake news, and myths on this forum is laughable! Losing 2lbs a week is NOT unhealthy and quite achievable. You're losing 1lb a week, use common sense and critical thinking skills. Do you really think that losing that extra 1lb a week somehow puts you in the danger zone and is unhealthy?
