Moral / ethical differences with your work

I studied GIS but upon interviewing realized that the bulk of my easiest employment would essentially be making maps to bomb people, which I didn't want to do. I considered a position at Census, but it didn't pay enough. I pivoted to computing/engineering which pays better anyway.

+1. I have never read that entire book, but it seems almost compulsory at this point.
