Which of these houses is affordable? The cheapest is 2.15mil and it is an odd house with no outside space. Every single one of this house has issues and all are very expensive. People who can afford that price point have options. |
What are the issues with each of these houses? Looks like Burleith is in trouble |
No. The fixtures, bathrooms, etc are abut as cheaply done as possible. This is all big box junk |
lol it’s not in trouble. It’s full of owners with either paid off homes or sub 3.5% interest rates. Anything below $2M sells quickly: $1.6m - under contract in 4 days https://redf.in/U7oKrv $1.45m - under contract in 1 day https://redf.in/EIsu8s $1.23m - under contract in 2 days https://redf.in/ThFjOy $1.25m - under contract in 1 day https://redf.in/GadPj6 $1.23m - under contract in 3 days https://redf.in/FnMHSl $2m - under contract in 9 days https://redf.in/YZGPfp The ugly developer spec flips always take forever to sell. |
Anything below $2 million will sell quickly in any desirable DC neighborhood. Burleith isn't the real estate utopia you think it is. |
No one said it’s a “utopia” except for you. Your posts are full of hyperbolic energy. I provided recent listings that sold quickly to refute your weirdo post. If you lived in Burleith you’d know that most of the modern flips sell very slowly, usually 100+ days on market…. sometimes years! Get bent. |
I did not hear anybody say it was a utopia. You are dreaming. |
Any other neighborhoods collapsing like this? |
