SPF for face

I love this stuff - https://www.paulaschoice.com/resist-super-light-wrinkle-defense-spf-30/776-7760.html?p=20EVEROFFAQ&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=na-us|google|shopping|branded|new|all|cn&utm_term=710896255&utm_content=149627843001&gad=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwxr2iBhBJEiwAdXECw8QUHcbzj6NVCoWkJs-M6MYBiz5B5lOC-MWaCGVjOLN5SmJ2NnrQOxoCOv8QAvD_BwE

It has a slight tint but a ton of other benefits and really protects my skin. I put this on in the morning and rarely need to add any more sunscreen. Even on a super hot day in the tropics.

Yes! Just returned from Paris and brought a bunch of this back with me. I love the feel of it and am not sure what I'm going to do when I run out....

Back to Paris for another trip, obvi!

+1. This is my favorite.

Mine too. Literally every other facial sunscreen I have tried, even for acne prone skin, makes me break out.

same

Another vote for uv clear. Though...apostrophe made a sunscreen I’ve tried recently and love too. It is just like Uv clear but without the niacinamide and lactic acid. It is great for the days my skin is feel sensitive and I want less active ingredients

You can order online! The Uvmune is kind of hard to find right now but it is usually available at several reliable sites. Of course there’s a markup but it’s cheaper than a trip to Paris

Supergoop unseen sunscreen. I like it so much more than Elta.

I use their tinted mineral sunscreen as my daily sunscreen/“makeup” and love it.

How does it compare to the Cerave tinted sunscreen?

I am not sure if I have tried that one. I might have but can’t be sure. I googled it and seeing the packaging makes me think I tried it and found it a hit heavy feeling and/or didn’t like the color or finish.

I find the LRP is not heavy or moisturizing (so I can use moisturizer only when/where I need it). I love the finish which is not too dewy and not too matte for my combination late 40s skin.

What sites are reliable?

Thanks, that’s helpful! I have the Cerave tinted and the non-tinted LRP face sunscreen and find the LRP very matte but also somehow filmy on my skin. I use it but it feels like an extra layer under concealer or foundation. Cerave is a single step and feels lighter but more moisturizing without breaking me out (I still have oily skin at 45 but I use retin-a which dries it out a lot and my eyelids are getting crepey).

I used to hate putting on face sunscreen but this actually acts like a makeup primer as well. Put it on after moisturizer and before any makeup. I think they have one specifically for oily skin too. It’s expensive but I’ve used the same bottle every single day since October and I still have plenty left.

Guy here. Does it pill? I need a mineral sunscreen, but I'm hesitant with facial hair.
