Has anyone tried the new Rao's "brick oven" pizzas? Pretty expensive

Very meh.
Prefer Screamin Sicilian by a mile.

Why bother with frozen pizza when we save so many dine in and take out/delivery options?

Because frozen pizza is in the freezer at home.

What a weird question.

I didn't like it as much as I hoped. My husband did, and I see he purchased a second one at the grocery.

I liked it, but don't feel it's necessarily better than less expensive alternatives from other brands. I'd buy it again for variety, along with other brands.

I tried Eat pizza now brand and liked it. But even that cost $11 for a pizza I could eat in one sitting by myself!

I am the PP who has tried all the frozen pizzas and I agree that Screamin Sicilian is ahead of the pack. It has a distinctive flavor profile that won’t be for everybody (like Red Baron, Tombstone), however the ingredient quality is undeniable even if it’s not to your taste. Rao’s, Freschetta have a more crowd pleaser flavor profile that almost all will like.

I was pretty disappointed. Lots of better frozen pizza around, especially for that price.

Bought it for $9. It was a nice change to the freezer choices.

Just tried one; saw it in the store and because I’m a Rao’s fan I picked it up. Don’t waist your money; It’s a sub-par frozen pizza.

Rao’s sold to a conglomerate didn’t they? Nothing they sell these days is worth the money. Greedy race to the bottom while they cash in off their rep

"Waist your money" is the PERFECT description of pizza 😂

I stick with the sauce. The other stuff is bullshit.

No it’s not weird. Ordering online is less effort because they cook it, cut it, deliver it, and it’s usually better than the frozen. Duh. Where the Fock have you been?

Also, your grammar makes no sense. The DCUM grammar police will rip you a brand new ass hole for that one.

Best pizza I’ve ever had besides Capinis in Kansas City!!! It shouldn’t even be in the category of frozen pizza….
