Taiwan is amazing, but will be hot as hell in August. My husband grew up going to Taiwan every summer and would never do it again. We have gone in December a few times and it's perfect. |

Next trip is a solo visit to Philadelphia to meet up with my sister for a long weekend. She'll be in town for a conference.
Summer week in Monterey with my whole family. Not sure after that. Last kid leaves for college in August and I'd like to go somewhere with just DH in the Fall |
Yeah nothing like going during monsoon season! For some reason that's the only time we go because that's when family is available. We used to all take showers and wander the night markets dripping wet in our pyjamas trying to stay cool |
