How much do you have in your Roth IRA?

I have contributed the max every year since 2009 when I started working in my first real job. For several years I qualified but now do backdoor. It is invested in the total us stock market index. I have 180k.

It's taken a bit of a hit the past 18mo but I don't need it now so I'm riding it out.

I'm not worried for myself because I also have a healthy TSP. I do worry for folks who can only save in IRAs though. $280k at 53 after saving for 30 years sucks.
