OP, if you are concerned why not request a re-evaluation from early intervention? I know people whose children had diagnosis like you have now early on that never amount to anything else, and others who eventually received an autism diagnosis. Your child is constantly changing, growing, and developing, so it makes sense that the evaluation may need to updated.
