I don't dislike CAVA but my first time there, I made the mistake of getting way too many sauces/dips. I would recommend getting sauces on the side or very light. I walked out of there so sick to my stomach. The next visit was much better once I learned this lesson.

Has anyone tried Mezeh? I love Cava, but Mezeh is my #1. The toppings are so good!

Cava order:
Splendid greens
Roasted veggies
Crazy feta, hummus
Olives, slaw, pickled onions, tomatoes
Greek vinaigrette

Get the 3 scoops of hummus on the side. Also, get pickled red onions, kalamata olives and feta on the side. They kinda over power the salad but I love them. Ask for a pita.
