I’ve been enjoying the soup recipes on the ranchogordo.com website. Everything I’ve tried has been easy and delicious. Also, I’ve been experimenting with toppings on my soup- slicing an onion, mixing it with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and baking it in oven at 400 degrees on parchment paper for 30 minutes makes a healthy crispy onion topping.
