HS magnet programs — email error?

This is so ridiculous. I am an MCPS employee and I regularly defend the district but to make this simple error TWICE is just completely incompetent.

This erroneous email seems only to have gone to a few kids. It would seem easier to at least let these few kids have the benefit of the doubt and let them in at this point.
Otherwise where's the vast sea of dcum complaint posts?
Sheesh. Have some integrity magnet administration.
This is so obvious. Also, it's not like there will be another chance to have the magnet experience. High School is the final hoorah for MCPS.
Or maybe just keep my kid where she is where she's expected to act as the assistant teacher in all her classes so the teachers can take a load off and have her do all their work. Right, right. Got it.

I think it went to a lot of kids. It could have been everyone who applied. My child did get one and so did more than a few friends.
