I remember some of these as a kid but don't believe in any of them as an adult.

The evil eye one is interesting, and I don't brag or gloat about good things happening to me because it just feels like something will come to undo it! Not an evil eye per se. But if I get a vibe that someone doesn't want me to do well or is competitive, I distance myself. Can't tell if they are giving me the evil eye but they are being asses and giving off bad vibes so they are not my friends.

This is more feng shui, but I never: 1. have the mirror facing my bed, 2. the bed directly facing the door, or 3. the bed near the bathroom door.

I'm always stunned by people who point to their pregnant belly and refer to their fetus by name, or decorate the nursery complete with child's name displayed.

I was like this when I had my baby though it's not a superstition in my family and my mom and sister were hounding me the whole time about choosing a name and getting ready. I didn't even want to do a proper gift registry (I get why this was annoying for others and ultimately gave in). I had a tough pregnancy and just wanted to focus on that and getting through it and not get too far ahead of myself.
