Do I really need to pack all that crap for a cruise?

Pack light. They have laundry facilities on board and it’s nice to be able to carry your luggage on & off yourself vs. having to wait around for the cruise line to deliver it to your room and then wait for it when you’re disembarking (especially if your connections are tight). If you pack light you also don’t need a bunch of organizers to store your stuff.

OP, you seem to have attracted some cruise fanatics on here.

We took a 7 night disney cruise and we didn’t pack anything we wouldn’t normally have packed other than extra otc meds. We had a nice time and I didn’t wish I had a pop up laundry hamper or hooks or whatever.

Don’t over think it.

OTC medicine like others have suggested.
One more bathing suit than you think you need.

Other than that, no - you don't need all the stuff they talk about.
