How exactly do Arlington's cluster schools work - Key/SF/Taylor/Jamestown

Make sure you punch in the address in APS website and/or also call the school to verify boundary (don't rely on seller or realtor for the school info).

We are in Lyon Village which is guaranteed Key or depending on address within the neighborhood (either Science Focus or Taylor). From what I understand, the County cannot force a family to do a bilingual school so they have guaranteed entry at the other school zoned for their specific address. They are also part of a team so can apply to Jamestown too.

The bus does pick up for the different schools.

Word on the street is that there are long waiting lists to go anywhere outside of where your house is zoned.
