Thermostat temperature winter

My house is almost 100 years old and we set it to 70. It’s still kind of chilly.

Pp is smart not wasting heat like that. Heat from the oven will heat the air inside. Another thing you can do is if you are cooking something that doesn’t smell bad, don’t run the exhaust fan. Does the same thing

The exhaust fan is not there to get rid of bad smells. The exhaust fan is there because burning natural gas needs to be vented outside. Don’t turn off your exhaust fan when cooking unless you have an electric stove.

66 during the day and 62 at night is perfectly comfortable for us.
