Greens -- we probably go through 5 x 16oz clamshells of greens weekly, just for dinners. We like our greens!!! Of course for winter, I am trying to move more towards cabbages and sprouts and other wintery green vegetables but we still like to eat the greens. There are much worse vices to have. (We don't drink alcohol or coffee....so there's that.)

It sounds like between the greens and the maple syrup, you could do better at Costco OP.

We buy one large container of Costco maple syrup and it lasts us a year.

The cheapest I can find sharp cheddar cheese so far is Lidl at .25/ounce or $4 pound.

You may be right! I also hear that Costco has good deals on things like oils .. It's just hard to get an actual sense of prices at Costco without a membership.

You can use pharmacy or buy alcohol without membership. Just say that’s what your doing, then browse in store to check it out.

Or ask a friend to buy you a 25 dollar Costco gift card. The gift card is basically same as membership. It gets you in and can pay with it. I used to use $5 gift card to shop and checkout, then pay the other $200-300 with my credit card.
