Why are rich women into Pilates?

Well, sure, you’re going to burn more calories in a HIIT session than Pilates. Completely different types of workouts. That doesn’t mean you need to “eat not much” if Pilates is your main outlet. Just eat normally.
With Pilates I love how I feel different and how it improves other types of sports and exercise that I do.
