For example, Maryland has a high murder rate because of Baltimore, a predominantly black city where black on black murder accounts for a majority of the murders in the state.

The other states have the same issues. Read any crime reports and you will see there is a high correlation between a high murder rate and a high black population.

There are endless reports on this crime. Unless you are very pro-guns and benefit from the high murder rate among blacks, get your head out of the sand and do something other than trying to deny it

So you agree then that black people are pre-disposed to crime, poor and we should have more law enforcement in their communities.

I am not the previous poster. But to answer your question regarding citations, African Americans are roughly 8x likelier to be both perpetrators and victims of homicide, as compared to whites. Saying AA’s are “predisposed” to violence is racist. Saying they are over-represented is sociological data.
