Hogan is awful - not only in trying to play both sides of the law and order issue, but also both sides of abortion. He tried to hide his anti-abortion stance during his campaign but his colors have come
out in refusing to release legislature-appropriated $$ for abortion training. Thank goodness the Dems have a supermajority in the MD house and senate and can pass AB legislation over Hogan’s veto.

Hard to know what his beliefs are. Seems like republican governors have been all too happy to sign off on anti choice legislation, knowing that it won’t go anywhere.
